a play by Ayn Rand.

Also know by the titles of "Woman on Trial" and "Penthouse Legend." First written in 1933, the actual version of the play written by Ayn Rand was published in 1968. The World Publishing Company: Ohio.

A play in three acts that evolves around the court hearing of the murder/suicide of a financial businessmen Bjorn Faulkner. Character of Karen Andre, the ex-secretary of Faulker, is the main suspect for the murder of the man, with whom Karen was together for ten years.

I thought it was a very interesting play and it was the very first work of Ayn Rand that I've read. The play involves jury gimmick: the audience volunteers as part of the jury in the play, which makes the verdict of "guilty" or "not guilty."
