Actually I think Rand's endorsement of von Mises was only in economics. She had a multitude of philosophical disagreements with him in ethics and epistemology. That does not, however, diminish von Mises's many achievements in economics, which Rand was happy to endorse.

I didn't follow the links.  But Rand rejected Libertarianism because it neglected her morality, namely the Virtue Of Selfishness.
