A Life of One's Own Is Published ''Officially''
The Cato Institute published David Kelley's ''A Life of One's Own'' which concludes that the concept of welfare rights is invalid.
Las Vegas Conference on Values of Capitalism
The Objectivist Center held its 2004 Spring Conference on April 17 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The theme was "Values of Capitalism." The scene was the sumptuous Treasure Island Hotel and Casino.
Living Together--Independently
Cato publishes David Kelley's A Life of One's Own: a defense of the ideal of a society in which men live together cooperatively, but independently. It is also an attack on the groundings of the Welfare State.
The Best Moral Case for Capitalism
